About

Hello!

I'm a VP, UX Design Lead, and Service Designer at JPMorgan Chase with a decade of experience across agencies and in-house.

I work across functions and lines of business, using design to inspire the fundamental shifts that enable seamless employee and customer experiences across touchpoints and channels.

Previously, I spent seven years on the agency side designing and launching brand and digital experiences (websites, intranets, apps, brand strategy, UX) for Fortune 500 Financial Service Corporations, Large scale NGOs, and Healthcare clients.

I'm passionate about sharing my journey with designers of all levels. I have mentored at SCAD and Parsons the New School for Design.

Dylan truly epitomizes what it means to be a Design strategist. His strategic approach is evident in the way he meticulously plans every session. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, enough to make you think he could launch a UX podcast himself! Dylan's value goes beyond just knowledge. He consistently goes above and beyond, coming to each session prepared and armed with relevant information and resources. This dedication ensures our sessions are always productive and move the project forward. I'm incredibly grateful to have Dylan as a mentor in my UX growth. His strategic mind, vast knowledge, and unwavering preparation make him an invaluable resource.
