We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I'm a Seattle-based People & Culture executive who loves to hold space for safe conversations. My career has been the best adventure -- I've had a chance to serve in HR leadership roles for Fortune 100 organizations as well as to lead the entire People function for a startup organization. One of my favorite projects was leading the strategy, roadmap, and project management office for a massive HR transformation that touched every facet of HR, from job architecture to compensation philosophy down to redesigning a performance management system. The best part of any job is when I get to work with other leaders and help them realize their potential.
