I’m a multidisciplinary UX developer with experience working in tech companies of all sizes, both in person and remote. My career includes almost 5 years at Shopify and 2 years working remotely for a San Francisco-based startup.
Throughout my 10+ years in tech, I've interviewed front-end developers and product designers at all levels of seniority–including interns and tech leads. I’ve also been involved in efforts to improve hiring processes, especially when it comes to mitigating implicit biases in interviews and hiring decisions.
While I’m taking an interlude from full-time UX development, I want to continue helping others find meaningful career opportunities by offering resume feedback or suggesting strategies to overcome anxieties around technical interviews.
My goal is to help job seekers, particularly those from underrepresented communities, gain the confidence required to showcase their skills to interviewers. I can also help teams make fair and effective hiring decisions, or identify areas of improvement in their hiring processes.
