I spent 20+ years building, growing, and transforming service delivery teams within 10+ tech organizations. Starting as an Internet consultant in the Bay Area, I navigated my way to land service and customer success executive leadership roles. I became an expert in service packaging, placement, and promotion, making the intangible tangible.
In 2018, I launched the Career Agility System to fulfill my purpose of working with professionals and businesses to unlock breakthroughs by uncovering insights to make the intangible tangible. I take the perspective that professionals provide services to others and leverage my service packaging expertise to develop personal brands.
I am an original co-founder of the Alliance of Technology and Women (ATW) based in Dallas, Texas. In 2002, I launched the secondary school girls in tech program GREAT MINDS, which continues to thrive today. Outside of the office, I am active in the East Dallas community and my boys’ middle school. Lastly, I hold a computer science degree from Harvard University, focused on AI.
