I’ve been leading engineering teams for 7+ years across a mix of industries — from fast-paced startups to bigger companies like Goldman Sachs, The New York Times, and now Spotify. I’ve seen a lot, built a lot, and coached even more.

I’m especially passionate about helping people grow — whether that’s stepping into a new role, navigating tough transitions, or figuring out how to have more influence and impact at work. I love working with engineers and EMs who are looking to stretch themselves, get unstuck, or just talk through the real challenges that come with building products and careers.

My coaching style is thoughtful, curious, and no-BS. I hold space for the messy stuff, and help you zoom out to see the bigger picture.
