Hi, I’m Jorge, Head of Design at Runroom, a global consultancy firm. I've been designing digital products for over a decade, and I love every bit of it.
In recent years, I’ve focused my career on leadership, mentoring, and managing designers. Currently, I lead a team at Runroom, one of the top digital agencies in Barcelona. My role involves mentoring designers through their career paths, coaching them on challenging projects, and hiring new talent.
Besides my role as Head of Design, I also teach UX and Product Design in four Master’s programs in Barcelona. I’m passionate about Agile methodologies and am a certified Scrum Product Owner.
My mentorship is centered on helping designers discover their own paths. I highly value curiosity and discipline and firmly believe that failure is just another step toward growth.
