I have over 16 years of experience in software engineering and tech leadership, working in a variety of industries in the Greater Philadelphia area including telecommunications, healthcare, and logistics, with a focus on scaling data platforms and data integration. I place a high premium on simple, elegant solutions that operate well at scale.
As CTO, I've proven my ability to recruit and lead engineering teams to scale business growth. I enjoy crafting efficient processes centered around people and technology, with a focus on personal career growth. As an executive, I've focused on the effective allocation of capital, with the goal of generating sustainable growth that first and foremost creates value for our customers.
I currently serve as Product CTO for a software holding company, and also do Fractional CTO work.
I enjoy reading, golfing, and raising four crazy boys in the Greater Philadelphia area with my wife Janine. I'm an avid Philly sports fan, and occasionally write about tech and life on my blog (jpc2.org)
