Honestly, finding Kathy has been one of the best things to happen to my career. I came to MentorCruise because I was doing fine on paper but felt like I was missing something. I wanted someone who could help me figure out the human side of work. Kathy has been a fabulous mentor to us. She gives very practical advice because her advice is given from her direct and recent experience in fundraising for her own ventures. She is very responsive and proactive as a mentor, responding to questions very quickly. Kathy has depth of knowledge on both a strategic and a practical level for a founder.
