Kristian Davila

Hello! I'm Kristian Davila, I am a program manager, producer, and product designer with 24 years of experience leading the end-to-end development of innovative consumer and enterprise software, hardware & devices, services, and toolsets.

I have a proven track record of bringing version 0 products to life and have worked across several different business groups at Microsoft. I've shipped software products for Xbox and Windows, as well the revolutionary HoloLens 2 device for Mixed Reality.

At my core, I am a servant leader. I believe in empowering those around me to be their best self. It's something I've applied in every role I've held in my career and I here to continue to serve and provide you with an opportunity to leverage my career experience to help you in any way I can.

I can help in various areas, such as breaking into game development or big tech, understanding the day-to-day of a game developer, PM, Program Manager, and others, all things related to product management, portfolio building and reviewing, interview preparation, and navigating career changes.

Other areas I can focus on are: Mixed Reality, Version 0 -1 product design, hardware design, software design, user experience design, design systems, leveraging user research, quality assurance.

I'm also to talking about other things I'm passionate about. I have a microfarm where I sustainably raise over 40 egg laying chickens, goats, and grow vegetables of all kinds.
