I’m an enthusiastic strategic and service designer, with 7+ years of working experience as a freelancer, as a consultant and in-house within corporate realms.
I enjoy the (qual) research as much as the conceptualisation phases, with emphasis on the rich, in-depth data gathering, co-creation techniques, workshop preps, synthesis, mapping, concept design and testing. I also enjoy the business model design and test phase.
