A big believer in pair and mob programming practices, continuous delivery, and a product-focused engineering mindset. I think product teams should focus on bringing value through fast feedback iterations with customers and stakeholders instead of big plans and roadmaps.

🤝 As a leader, I foster ownership and autonomy in my teams, helping them understand constraints like security and compliance and moving towards common goals using OKRs or similar practices. Teams should not be afraid to fail or make mistakes, and I love to mentor my teams through this journey. I believe that leadership is not about one particular style but about having the experience to adapt to different situations.
