"There are these two young fish swimming along and they happen to meet an older fish swimming the other way, who nods at them and says 'Morning, boys. How's the water?' And the two young fish swim on for a bit, and then eventually one of them looks over at the other and goes 'What the hell is water?'"

True success begins with 3 simple concepts: total self awareness, being a thoughtful strategic thinker, and mastering your approach to problem solving. Be aware of who you truly are and be honest about your capabilities. Change your mindset to be a doer and learn through your life experiences - every one of them.
Through honest, candid and thought-provoking conversation, we'll explore what motivates you and identify actionable steps that will lead to immediate and lasting impact.
Over my 10+ year career spanning tech, media & entertainment, aerospace, defense and hospitality, my successes have relied on this fundamental approach:
1. Take a sincere interest in the problem at hand.
2. Be curious and ask questions.
3. Make thoughtful, empathetic decisions.
4. Aim to solve as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I'm a champion for effectively utilizing the program management function as proper application is vital to product development and business velocity. I'm a huge advocate for career mentorship for the simple reason of paying it forward. I naturally cultivate strong partnerships at every level through tact, consideration and natural camaraderie and take pride in being a trusted thought partner to all. I strive to be an inspirational leader through empathy, empowerment and a heavy bias for action. I prefer to be selective in my pursuits as I tend to fully immerse myself in all that I take on and am constantly on the lookout for new opportunities where my passions and ability to create value intersect.

Louie is such a fantastic mentor, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, well-organized, patient, and kind mentor. After every meeting, he takes the time to summarize what we discussed and writes down action items for the next meeting. He guides me to the next step in my career, helps me with my resume, and prepares me for job interviews. He always has excellent suggestions on how to do better at interview questions, land more job interviews, and general feedback on how to ace a job interview. I'm always looking forward to my weekly meetings with Louie because whenever I'm curious to know whether I answered a specific question well during a job interview, I know he will take the time to listen and give feedback on how to become even better during the following job interview.
