I am Luca, Head of Architecture at Jimdo and former CIO at Arduino. If you need any help to scale your team, set up an agile environment, understand how to make every team member a great player as both an individual and as a part of a bigger group, I will share all of my knowledge to help you in becoming more successful.
I will teach you all the strategies I used to define and execute OKRs for entire organizations, but also how to get the best from the human side of the people you manage. I believe in trust and delegation.
