I've spent 30 years in corporate software product development until recently when I decided to start my own company to coach and develop leaders, particularly in the high tech sector.
In my first 20 years, I held many software engineering positions and then in the last 10 years, many engineering leadership roles. Largely I worked in the data storage industry but then transitioned into cloud development, developing SaaS platforms for a few different companies, DigitalOcean being the most recent.
In my private life, I am married and have 5 mostly grown "kids" who are in college or are launching into successful careers of their own and we maintain very close and very healthy relationships with all of them and some new husbands to our family too! I'm very active in leadership roles outside of work as well, being an elder at a fairly large church in the Boulder area, leading a men's group at my church, teaching children, and mentoring/coaching people in using their strengths and talents to move into the career that best suits who they are and what they want to do.
I am extremely passionate and excited to help people learn incredible leadership skills so that they can live their life with excitement, bringing people along in their dreams and goals.
