Greetings! I want to socialize the insights I gained from over 8 years of immersive experience in the startup landscape. In the past 5 years, I've had the privilege of serving as an executive and integral member of leadership teams, shaping the direction of two innovative startups. During the same time, I had the luck of assisting, directly and indirectly, other entrepreneurs in my network with their challenges.
My expertise spans across Startup Strategy, Data, Product, Leadership, and Career Development.

Startup Strategy: With an extensive background in startups, I'm intimately familiar with the unique challenges they face. I served as a member of the leadership team in two startups - Xceed (based in Italy - Series A 5M$ +) and CreditBook (based in PakistanScale (PreSeries A - 12M$ +). In both experiences, I enjoyed solving the dynamic and diverse challenges that come with scaling a startup. I have experienced hard times, and also success, downsizing, and hyper-growth. And now, I am excited to share what I learned to support others.

Data: My journey through the data domain has been marked by a relentless pursuit of value. I believe in leveraging data as a strategic asset, enabling startups to make informed decisions that drive their success. I have set up data functions and defined the strategy always obsessing about value, not getting lost in all the hype that surrounded data in the last years. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of data's pivotal role in shaping business strategies and accelerating growth.

Product: Through innovative methodologies, I've led product teams in crafting sophisticated internal systems to streamline operations and build the foundations for a scalable organization. I love the challenges that are associated with product management, and I believe in tight and flexible product teams that work as a collective towards a common goal, without clear role separation. Only then quality and speed stop being a trade-off.

Leadership: As an executive and leadership team member, I've orchestrated multifaceted initiatives. Guided by a passion for fostering collaborative environments, I've nurtured teams to deliver their best work. Whether it's steering projects toward fruition or aligning diverse perspectives, my leadership style centers on empowerment and shared vision.

Career Development: I'm deeply invested in nurturing the next generation of startup leaders and data enthusiasts. I've traversed a dynamic career path, and I understand the value of guidance in unlocking potential.
