Mladen has been such a huge help. I would highlight his clarity in providing direction. As a self-taught developer, I never had someone to guide me through my projects, and he has been such a huge help. I am learning and being able to progress. Also, he's such a nice and calm guy. Don't get me wrong, he will tell you what you need to hear many times, and that can sometimes not be what you want to hear, but I think that's one of the biggest benefits of having a mentor. Overall, I am really happy and would recommend it to anyone who's serious about improving as a developer. Thanks!

Mladen has been a truly dedicated mentor. He was checking in daily, following my progress, and making sure I stay on track with my goals. That kind of consistency really helped me stay focused. The calls were gold – packed with value, direction, and insights that pushed me forward every time. His approach is friendly, motivating, and still very professional. I always felt supported and understood. Also, I really appreciated the detailed code reviews – clear, constructive, and straight to the point. You can tell he actually cares and wants you to grow.

I genuinely could not recommend Mladen enough. I connected with him because I wanted support as I was navigating job hunting in a hostile tech market, and we ended up connecting on work, imposter syndrome, family, chasing dreams etc. He becomes a mentor as much as a friend. He truly wants to bring value during the 60 minutes together, whether that's links to check out, a pitch deck to listen through or feedback on your work. I am now pursuing entrepreneurship instead of looking for a dev role, so our time together is coming to an end. But I know we will keep in touch as we are rooting for each other's success.
