Hi,
I am Muhit, I have spent more than a decade in software engineering, data engineering, operations & leadership. I enjoy growing others and this is something I'm truly passionate about.
Throughout this program, I want to help engineers and young leaders shape their direction so that their job feels fulfilling and they have a sense of achievement. I will be using the same framework that has been proven to work in the industry, and it has helped make great leaders in the past.
I have been involved in academia for a number of years and have been helping students in the area of computer science. I am also doing my PhD (part-time) in Data Science and I am a part-time lecturer in the department of computer science.
In my free time, I code, read books, and take care of my cat, fish, and plants. I also roast coffee on the weekends and experiment with single-origin coffee.
