Hello there! I’m a seasoned Product Manager with a rich history of working in the technology and entertainment industry. I've recently worked with Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology as a Product Manager in FinOps. Here, I’ve optimized cost transparency and efficiency for large-scale application development, serving as a crucial link between engineering teams, leadership, and external partners. My strategic management and negotiation skills have contributed to the global growth of Disney Entertainment and ESPN Technology.

Before this, I was a Senior Product Manager at Caesars Sportsbook, where I owned outcomes around the discovery of platform solutions targeted towards feature delivery and measurement of overall product success for a data platform. I led analytics product initiatives that directly contributed to a significant cost-saving through the optimization of cloud computing credits.

I was also the Founding Product Manager at Systems Alliance, an early-stage startup. Here, I focused on developing product operations, synthesizing an outcomes-based roadmap from scratch, and owning product growth. I achieved a substantial increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by leveraging customer feedback to inform and prioritize product enhancements.

I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in IT Management from Western Governors University. I’m also a certified Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM 1) from Scrum.org.
