I started my career in Strategy in an advertising firm in 2015. After 3 years, I moved to the Google HQ in the EU to join the Google Ads team which evolved into managing top advertising agencies for Spain. 3 years ago, I decided to jump to the content side of the business and moved to London to be a Partner Manager for YouTube Creators and help them grow their channels and businesses.
During my career, I have trained over 300 people on sales skills and built a program with over 100 facilitaros focusing on the development of Design Thinking applied to Career Development. I would like to expand my reach by helping ambitious people from a wide range of backgrounds.
I have now developed a framework to build a conscious career plan focused on two main points:
1. Uncovering hidden strengths
2. Building resilience

I enjoyed doing my first mentoring with Nora. She was very kind, approachable and gave me some tips. I think the first session could be a little bit longer, in 20 minutes it is complicated to have a good overview of the person. In general, it was a good experience.
