Hi, I’m Parth — a Senior Engineering Manager at Walmart, where I’ve spent the past 6 years leading high-impact technology teams in one of the world’s largest e-commerce environments. Before that, I worked at American Express, building scalable platforms for the financial services industry.
With over a decade of experience across retail and fintech, I’ve led distributed teams, scaled backend systems, and mentored engineers and managers toward both technical excellence and career growth. I’m passionate about helping others navigate challenges in system design, engineering leadership, team building, and transitioning from IC to manager roles.
