I came to Paul as I am trying to transition from my current role to one of a Project Manager. I received schooling and some experience from my current work but needed more assistance. Paul assisted with modernizing, maximizing and helping me brand myself as an IT project manager on LinkedIn, so as to pursue only the PM roles that are right for my skillset. He also assisted with updating my resume. Paul provided me with sample LinkedIn profiles and resumes, as well as examples of how to answer interview questions. I had the education but was lacking in experience. It was decided that I should become a member of PMI as well as doing my local Los Angeles chapter to better network and easily pursue work opportunities. He also recommended I pursue the PMP example but I ended up taking/passing the CAPM exam (AT/AT/AT/AT) I didn't yet have the work experience needed for the PMP. Paul provided links to LinkedIn profiles, blogs, YouTube videos and study material for the PMP exam. I will be rejoining Paul I the foreseeable future once some opportunities pan out so as to further my project management career.
