I joined Faire as its 19th employee and have seen the company grow to over 1000 employees in just over five years. During our hyper-growth, I was fortunate to have many talented mentors who came from companies like Google, Shopify, and Square to guide me as I grew to the staff engineer level. Mentorship has always been the most significant driver of my personal growth and something I try to do as much as possible in my position.

In the past, I have mentored dozens of individuals to help them grow in their careers, navigate interpersonal conflict, deal with burnout, create growth strategies, and share my experiences. At work, I am currently mentoring 11 of my colleagues.

Two of my favorite lessons that I have learned through mentorship include the importance of impact-based decision-making, and how to create impact through influence.
