I'm a human-first executive leader from Liverpool with over 20 years of experience delivering transformative impact across global technology, SaaS, IoT, AI, and satellite businesses. My career has spanned the entire spectrum—from leading FTSE 100 divisions and serving as CEO for an AIM-listed PLC to founding and scaling deep-tech startups from the ground up.
My journey started selling insurance door to door, then phones at Phones4U. Living with ADHD, my struggles with focus drove me into process management and compliance—turning a personal challenge into professional expertise. Outside work, I'm passionate about football, learning golf, and especially coffee—from growing and roasting to brewing. I also write all the code for Reflow AI's 5 applications and website—over 1.5 million lines in 6 months using Lovable, Codex, and Replit.
