As a Senior Engineering Manager at Google, I am responsible for building and leading the Foundation Services Platform India Org and engineering. With over 21 years of experience in the software industry, I have developed expertise in security and large-scale distributed backends and cloud platforms, as well as strong thought and people leadership skills.
I enjoy mentoring people in both personal and professional aspects of life. Seeing peoiple commit and grow gives me immense pleasure.

My mission is to enable and empower awesome teams with heart, mind, and outcomes, and to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for complex and dynamic business needs. I have successfully bootstrapped and led engineering and architectural capabilities, teams, processes, and product transformation roadmaps in various domains and organizations, such as Maersk Technology, Sumo Logic, Pulse Secure, and SonicWALL. I have also co-founded and served as the CTO of a startup, where I applied my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for technology.
