I am Prashant Garje, a seasoned Engineering Leader with extensive experience in leading and architecting complex organization-wide technical programs. I drive technical innovation and deliver impactful initiatives that help transform businesses. With a career spanning over a decade, I have gained extensive experience in software development, engineering management, and program management.
Currently, I am working as a Technical Program Manager at Google, where I lead various programs that require coordination across multiple teams and functions. I am responsible for overseeing the development of cutting-edge technologies and driving impactful initiatives. My ability to navigate complex technical landscapes and lead cross-functional teams has been a key contributor to the successful completion of various projects.
Prior to my current role, I served as the Associate Director of Engineering at ValueLabs, where I led a team of 60+ Engineers, Project Managers, Quality Assurance personnel, and DevOps. My responsibilities included overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality products and services to clients, ensuring that deadlines were met, and budgets were adhered to.
Before joining ValueLabs, I worked as an Azure Application Engineer at Microsoft for three years, where I helped develop Azure solutions. I also served as a Programmer Analyst(Software Engineer) at Cognizant, where I developed and maintained software applications for clients.
My journey in the software industry began as a Freelance Software Engineer in 2010 while pursuing my engineering degree. During this time, I honed my programming skills and learned the fundamentals of software development.
I am certified as an Azure Architect, and my technical expertise, combined with my management and leadership skills, have allowed me to effectively oversee complex projects and drive results. I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
