It was a great experience working with Richard. He is an awesome mentor with a very positive personality. I wasn't an easy student, but he took up the challenge and created and delivered very well-structured sessions. He was very flexible, listened to my requirements and feedback, and pivoted wherever he felt there was a need to do so.
