Hi, I'm Setara :) I'm a Senior UX Researcher, made in Trinidad, grown in Toronto, and now living in Madrid.
In my 7+ years and counting as a UX Researcher, I've conducted research in all stages of product development, for e-commerce products, enterprise software, learning management systems, and more. I use strong collaboration, coaching and communication skills to drive impactful research and increase research maturity on my teams.
I have experience managing and coaching researchers both as part of my job, and outside of work. Most of my experience has been in helping current researchers develop their skills and increase their impact and credibility at their organisation, and helping people transition into UX Research and find new positions (including portfolio review and interview prep).
When I'm not working, I spend a lot of time improving my Spanish, trying new vegetarian recipes, playing tennis, and exploring Madrid.
