About
I am Shahdat, an Engineering manager at Beyond Limits, an industrial AI SAAS company. Before joining Beyond Limits, I was the Senior Director of Software Development at Mathnasium. I have years of experience in development as well as team building. If you want to talk about career progression or want to get some guidance in the field of software engineering - I am your guy.
What happens when you start
You tell Shahdat your goals. They see exactly what you want to work on before session one.
You meet within days. Shahdat reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.
You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
