Steven Richardson

I am a Physician Assistant turned health tech entrepreneur with over a decade of experience. My journey began in clinical operations, but my passion for innovation led me to establish a successful telemedicine company. Through strategic fundraising, I transformed the company from a 100k sales venture to a 2.5m sales in just two years.

Amid the challenges of the pandemic, my company was acquired by a TPA, where I assumed the role of Chief Population Health and Operations Officer. During my tenure, I spearheaded the development and implementation of various telehealth programs, ranging from chronic care management to weight loss and disease-specific initiatives. I built and led clinical teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering departments.

Following my exit, I transitioned into business coaching, offering guidance to startups associated with Y Combinator and Techstars. Currently, I serve as the co-founder and fractional COO for ventures focused on clinical trials, telemedicine,SaaS AI and urban development in healthcare. My commitment to continuous growth is reflected in my pursuit of an MBA, which I anticipate completing this year.
