Tom is a great guy, I'm feeling overwhelmed about how he supports me on the difficult situations. He helped point in the right direction and suggested a few team handling topics which is so useful on the long run. Tom is incredibly organised and offered documents full of resources he collected on his own. I feel much more focused and confident after few meetings with him.
