Before starting my own people-first consultancy, I worked for companies like Accenture, the NFL, and Microsoft, learning the challenges of business and the underlying patterns of the people and capabilities that create value. I am grateful for every job, project, and interaction because it led me here. The process of self-discovery is difficult to understand when you're in the middle of the journey. We often think to ourselves, "When will I finally become who I was meant to become?"
