Trevor Halstead

I work with Seed to Series B startups to develop and implement go-to-market strategies. I help teams build their in-house GTM expertise and, in some cases, their initial GTM team.

I was employee #2 at Cybrary, a venture-backed startup and spent the last decade of my career building the company alongside the co-founders. During my time I learned and built many of the startup's business functions from the ground up (product, sales, customer success, support) and went on to lead growth across marketing and product. A B2C2B product line, fueled by community-led growth, I am bringing the skills and experience to helping founders save time and money through better decision making and thorough execution.

Additional things:
- Mentorship: I like to mentor early-career professionals at startups, helping them navigate their careers or grow in their current roles.
- Pitch Deck Work: While at Cybrary I led pitch deck development and co-pitched VCs alongside the founders/CEO, in which we raised a total of $46mil during my time there. I help founders in my network build effective pitch decks.
