I am a Senior Product Manager at Cisco Webex. I lead their B2B and B2C Webex product portfolio of Reporting & Analytics as well as Digital Contact Centers that uses cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML and Cloud Modernization. I also manage executive (C-Suite, SVP, VP) engagements and customer interactions for these products. Previously, I worked as a Senior Product Manager at Deloitte Consulting for 5+ years. At Deloitte, I directly supervised multiple cross-functional teams to lead Product Management and Strategy Consulting efforts across the Technology and Healthcare for Fortune 500, public-sector, VC and PE clients. Till date, I have successfully launched eight 0-1 products, generating $$Mn+ revenue and improving the customer experience of 24Mn end-users.

I have an MBA from University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and an MS from Northwestern University. I am a Product Leader with 7 years of experience in the Technology, Healthcare and Consumer Services sectors across cutting-edge AI/ML, Cloud, Digital Transformation, B2B and B2C Business Products and Services. I have keen business and strategic acumen and I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve lives of end-users and customer experience
