🏢 Most recently, I've been enjoying building teams and developing products at Zendesk. I was hired as the first engineer for Zendesk's Dublin office in late 2012 and I led engineering hiring and helped grow the initial technical teams in Dublin.

🛠️ Over the years, my teams have built and launched new products such as Talk and also taken a lead role in cross company projects, such as the launch of the first Zendesk Suite and Omnichannel Routing. I also oversaw a more than 3x growth in call volume between 2018 to and 2020, without encountering any major scaling issues or requiring the addition of significant resources.

🌍 Since 2020, my teams have adapted to working in a distributed manner and >50% of my org is based outside of Dublin, with everyone working in a fully flexible/remote manner.

📈 Consistently achieved high engagement survey scores, 10-13 points above company and ProdDev averages, driving team motivation and productivity.
