AI is quickly becoming a core part of how modern professionals work, but using it well takes more than trying a few prompts. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you use AI more effectively in your day-to-day work, based on your role, goals, and workflows. Whether you want to save time, improve output quality, learn better prompting, or understand how AI fits into your field, this session gives you practical guidance you can apply right away.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to explore where AI can be most useful for you, how to use the right tools with more intention, and how to avoid common mistakes or shallow workflows. Together, you can review use cases, refine prompting, build better habits, and think through how AI can support research, writing, analysis, communication, coding, or decision-making in your specific context. The goal is to leave with clearer use cases, stronger workflows, and more confidence in applying AI to real work.

I have been building AI into my design workflow for the past two years and the results have been significant. Prototyping cycles that used to take quarters now take weeks. Research synthesis that used to take days happens in hours. I work with Claude, Copilot, Cursor, and a range of other tools daily, not experimentally, as core parts of how I actually ship work.
At Gr4vy I led a phase of product development where we removed Figma from the process entirely, used AI to generate working prototypes directly, tested them with real users, and shipped to production in weeks. That is not a case study about potential. That is something I have done.
I also use AI extensively for mentoring, content creation, and running Arthur RED, my creative studio, which means I have applied these tools across product design, brand, and business contexts, not just one narrow use case.
What I cover in these sessions: setting up an AI-assisted design workflow, using AI for prototyping and user testing, prompt engineering for design tasks, integrating tools like Claude and Copilot into your existing process, and making the argument internally for AI adoption when your team is not there yet.
