Sometimes the fastest way to grow is to get thoughtful feedback on the work you are already doing. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you review a real piece of work with someone experienced in your field, whether that is a project, presentation, product decision, design, strategy, document, or deliverable. It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.

I have been reviewing designer's work professionally for years, both as a hiring manager and as a mentor. I look at work the way a design director or CPO would, not just through a craft lens but through a strategic one. Does this solve the right problem? Is the thinking visible? Would this ship? Would this get you hired?
I review across the full spectrum: product design, UX flows, design systems, brand work, motion, and visual design. I have worked across fintech, payments, AI, retail, healthcare, and brand, so whatever industry you are working in I can give you context that is relevant rather than generic.
I am direct. If something is not working I will tell you specifically why and what to do about it. I will not give you a list of vague suggestions and call it feedback. You will leave with a clear understanding of what is strong, what needs work, and exactly how to improve it.
Sessions run mornings and evenings Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
