About this Session
Whatever doesn't fit the mold: Get 30 minutes with a mentor to discuss your needs. Be it help with some code, discussing through an issue with your business, help for something at work or an issue with a project.

This is my 30-minute crunch session. I use these really for an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session, so I will try my best to help you work through whatever you want to discuss. Here are some examples I frequently receive:
* Problems at work (promotion, co-worker)
* Tech situation stumping you
* Need help with a boss
* Tech career is stuck/want to try new things in tech
I strongly recommend we keep this session to one issue only, so that we have the full time to really focus on it.
The format will follow:
5 min - Describe the problem
5-10 minutes - I'll ask clarifying questions
10-15 - Talk through ways to attack the problem
Last minutes - discuss action items.
