Become a Top Mentor with James

I was seeking a mentor to help lead the Tech team, since I wasn't experienced in it, and James was very practical in giving actionable recommendations from the beginning. He shared some materials with me when I needed them, was flexible about changing the meeting schedule, and helped me to navigate the leadership for the past 8-9 months.
