Your mentor
As a Board Director, startup coach, and technology executive, I bring over two decades of experience advising governments, founders, and legal teams across Asia and Europe. My work sits at the intersection of infrastructure, law, and emerging technology—particularly AI, blockchain, and tokenisation.
I coach startup founders, operators, and leadership teams on go-to-market, product-market fit, negotiation, deal structuring, and business execution. I work with first-time founders and seasoned executives alike—helping them move from stuck to clear, from potential to traction. If you’re building something new and ambitious, I help you navigate the messy middle with clarity, grounded support, and honest challenge.
On the tech and infrastructure side, I lead the development of AI tools that drive 60%+ time savings in due diligence and ESG workflows. One example: I helped a multilateral bank complete a complex due diligence assessment—usually a weeks-long task—in under two hours.
My approach is grounded in first principles: I identify problem spaces where technology or strategy can drive real value, then guide that value from feasibility and design through to implementation and adoption.
