I'm an Engineering Manager with 10+ years across startups and large tech companies. I've managed and grown engineers at every level, from junior hires to senior principal engineers, and I've been a hiring manager long enough to understand what the top 1% of candidates do differently. More importantly, I've mentored 100+ professionals through pivots, promotions, and big career decisions.
In this session, we'll build a clear, honest picture of where you are and a concrete plan for where you want to go:
Honest audit: What are your actual strengths, your blindspots, and your market value right now?
Goal clarity: Define what "success" looks like for you in 1, 3, and 5 years (most people have never done this properly)
Gap analysis: What skills, experience, or visibility are standing between you and the next level?
Action plan: Specific, prioritised steps you can start on immediately
