In this session, a mentor with hiring experience will go over your CV and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch CV at the end of the sessions.

Hello - I've been a hiring manager for over a decade, having built two marketing teams from scratch in startups/scaleups. I've also been in the hiring commitee for other teams (product, operations, tech & SMT) and am experienced in hiring across levels (from internship/junior level all the way to senior leadership/department heads).

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Marina as a mentor! She is incredibly smart and a total B2B Marketing expert. She is always ready to roll up her sleeves to help tackle any challenges that you stuck on. I was initially motivated to seek out a mentor because there is so much you can solve on your own with Google and often times I'd find myself going down many endless rabbit holes. Working with Marina has been such a game changer as she's been able to help talk through something specific with me and suggest direct feedback or potential solves that would have taken me endless hours to try to figure out on my own. Sometimes you may be on the right track with a project and start to overthink what you've put together.
