In this session, a mentor with hiring experience will go over your CV and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch CV at the end of the sessions.

As the Lead of the Design Department and a hiring manager, I have extensive experience in recruiting various professionals, ranging from UX/UI designers to UX researchers, testers, and writers of varying career levels and specializations. I have a comprehensive understanding of diverse hiring procedures and expectations. I can provide constructive feedback and recommendations on crafting an effective resume and successfully navigating the initial screening by HR managers and other participants in the hiring process.
