About this Session
The quickest way to fix a toxic workplace is to change the manager - but this is not possible when the manager is also the owner or family. In this case you have to change the behavior - in these intensive one on one sessions we work through these behaviors to understand why we have these behaviors and to learn how to be more open and accepting.
Program is 6 to 8 - 90 min sessions that help you to build the confidence - but payment is per session - so if you don't see the results you don't need to continue.
