I also partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide guidance and support on organizational development, change management, and business strategy. Additionally, I am a certified scrum master, a published author, and a PhD candidate in business management and organizational leadership, with a focus on the intersection of sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility in the fashion industry.
