During my career, I've faced a range of challenges of my own—whether launching a new brand, having difficult conversations with employees, presenting to the board, managing multi-million dollar budgets, hiring the right people, or navigating internal politics. All of these were once 'firsts' for me that, through a lot of learning (both success and failure!) can be used as ways to help others push through challenges on their own path.
