As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

I have interviewed over a hundred candidates for roles ranging from new grad to senior engineering leads. Lately, I focused on interviewing senior engineering managers and staff+ engineers, assessing on leadership, people management, technical skills and system design.
A mock interview is structured as a 40 minute block + 20 minutes for feedback and your followup questions.
