As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft with extensive experience conducting technical interviews for software engineering roles at various levels. Over the years, I’ve assessed countless candidates on problem-solving, coding, and system design skills, as well as behavioral and communication abilities. This session is designed to simulate a real interview environment, giving you practical, targeted feedback so you can identify strengths, address gaps, and improve your confidence. I typically run these sessions on weekday and can also accommodate some weekend slots upon request.
