As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

I’ve interviewed and hired engineers, researchers, and product builders across startups and big tech in Japan and India. Over the years I’ve sat on both sides of the table, running technical interviews and hiring panels, while also mentoring candidates to land roles at competitive companies.

These sessions are for practice under pressure. I’ll run a realistic interview with technical, behavioral, or both then give you actionable feedback. You’ll know what you did well, where you lost points, and how to improve before the real thing.

I booked a resume review session with Ayan. Ayan asked for my resume and already provided feedback before the session throught the chat, and during the session we went over line by line what could be change or improve.
