he exceeds my expectations 1. he has a good intention with a good plan, how to solve problems 2. he is a living "flutter documentation" and show you the best practise with the simplest structure 3. his goal is always to make any concept understandable. therefore he really cares to understand the principles and testing you about. Even, if are not able to understand it immediately, he explains twice or triple times until it becomes clear. 4. he eat many Haribo candies
