Some big interviews coming up? In this 1-hour session, a mentor with hiring experience will act as a technical interviewer and ask you some standard hiring questions that you might hear in one of your future interview too, and will evaluate your replies.

As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

As a software developer with experience in interviewing candidates for similar roles, I am qualified to conduct this session and provide feedback based on my own personal experience.

During the session, I will follow a standard interviewing procedure similar to what I would do at work. This will include asking technical questions to assess the candidate's knowledge and skills, as well as evaluating their communication and problem-solving abilities.

I will also be on the lookout for any knowledge gaps or communication issues that may be of concern to hiring managers, as well as any behaviors that could potentially cause problems during the hiring process.

Overall, my goal is to provide a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the candidate, with a focus on identifying any areas of strength or weakness that may be relevant to their performance in a software developer role. I will aim to complete the session within the allotted time frame of 40 minutes of interviewing and 20 minutes of directed feedback.
